Order Processing

All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 2 business days after payment has been received. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on sundays or public holidays.

As we sell second-hand designer items, each order is handled with special care to ensure safe packaging and delivery.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the package. We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure secure and timely delivery.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the case of a return.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. These delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available. Please allow some time for the tracking details to become active.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping costs resulting from returned or undeliverable packages will be charged to the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly and notify us as soon as possible. All orders are shipped with insurance coverage up to €1,000.
